IMOS Real Estate is deliberately not a “project showcase.” We work with a fixed framework: clear test points, documented considerations and clean implementation on site in Dubai. So that decisions remain comprehensible — not only now, but also later. What makes IMOS different from a normal broker?
IMOS is not a brokerage firm that sells individual properties. We are an independent investment house that builds up strategic, data-based real estate portfolios in Dubai and manages them over the long term — with a focus on asset protection, predictable returns and total operational relief.
Wir bauen Immobilien-Portfolios in Dubai nach einer klaren Logik: Zielbild → Segmentwahl → Projektauswahl → Umsetzung → Management → Exit-Optionen.
Der Unterschied ist der Prozess: weniger Bauchgefühl, mehr Struktur, damit Entscheidungen auch in fünf Jahren noch tragfähig sind.

Who is the ideal customer for IMOS?
IMOS passt zu Ihnen, wenn Sie Unternehmer oder vermögende Privatperson aus dem DACH-Raum sind und Kapital außerhalb des Euroraums diversifizieren möchten – ohne operativen Stress.
Typisch sinnvoll ist ein investierbarer Rahmen ab 300.000 EUR (in Einzelfällen auch darunter, wenn Zielsetzung und Strategie sauber passen).
IMOS passt eher nicht, wenn Sie kurzfristig „drehen“ wollen, maximal spekulieren oder Entscheidungen ohne klare Prüfung treffen möchten.
